1. Right of withdrawal

Insofar as you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days (see Information on the conditions of withdrawal).

We draw your attention to the fact that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of:

• delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and made to the consumer's specifications or explicitly to meet the consumer's personal needs,
• delivery of sealed goods which cannot, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, be returned once they have been unsealed after delivery,
• delivery of audio or video recordings or software in sealed packaging when the packaging has been unsealed after delivery.
• delivery of newspapers, periodicals or illustrated, with the exception of subscription contracts.

Information on the conditions of withdrawal

Right to retract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you and not constituting the carrier, have/has received the last goods.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us (3.6.9 Univisual39 Rue de la Gare de Reuilly, 75012 Paris, telephone: 09 72 15 40 62 , e-mail: sales@369univisual.com) by means of an unequivocal notification (eg postal mail, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do this, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form which, however, is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period is respected if you send your notification of withdrawal before the required period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to reimburse you without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the notification of revocation of this contract, all payments, including shipping costs ( except for any additional costs resulting from your request for a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) that we have received from you. For this reimbursement, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee as part of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have regained possession of the goods or, whichever is earlier, until you provide proof that the goods have been returned.

In any case, you are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract. This deadline is met if you ship the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We bear the cost of returning the goods.

Your responsibility is engaged only with regard to a possible depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to ensure the nature and the proper functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of

2. Standard withdrawal form

If you wish to cancel your order placed on our site, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must then return the complete product in its original packaging within 14 days of the communication of your decision, without waiting.
