Step 1: I create my account

1/ If you are not yet a customer : click on 'My account' at the top right of the site to create your account.

With your account, you can:

  • Track your orders at any time
  • Print your invoices
  • Manage your newsletter subscriptions
  • Return your products to after-sales service
  • Update your contact details
  • Manage your vouchers

The security of your account is ensured thanks to your password and your identifier that only you know.

2/ If you have an account and wish to identify yourself, go to :
"My account" at the top right of the site and identify yourself by indicating your e-mail and your password.


Step 2: I choose my articles

1/ I know the product I want to buy :

I go through the search engine: our search engine located at the top right of the site allows you to find your product in just one click.
All you have to do is enter the reference of your product in the search field. Example: "FX30" to find the Sony FX30.

Good to know: We advise you to pay close attention to spelling, spaces, capital letters and dashes between words so as not to distort your search.

2/ I don't know the reference of my product :

I navigate freely on the site

All our products are grouped by category which are represented by tabs at the top of each page of the site. Examples: photography, camcorders, lenses...
In each of these tabs, you will find all the types of products and accessories in the category.

Example: I want to buy a Blackmagic camera:

1. I go to the “Digital cameras” tab
2. I click on “the series”, the cameras page is displayed with several selection models.
3. I click on the model of my choice

4. Once the product has been chosen, I click on the thumbnail to find out about all the characteristics of the device.

Step 3: I learn about my products

Once the product is found, you can click on it to access its detailed technical sheet. You will find there:

  • The product description
  • The contents of the package
  • His price
  • His availability
  • The choice of payment method

These data sheets come directly from our partners or suppliers, the responsibility of the company 3.6.9 Univisual cannot be engaged if errors are introduced.


Step 4: I order my product

At the top right of each product sheet, you will find a button that offers you to add the item to your basket.
By clicking on it a window opens to offer you to complete or continue your order.
You will then find the description of your basket on your right which includes:

  • The name and quantity of your items
  • Delivery methods
  • The price including VAT
  • A space to indicate a possible promo code
  • A button to confirm your order

Good to know: Next to the reference of your products is a +/-, these buttons allow you to delete or add items.

Once your order has been validated, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you, detailing the content of your order as well as a tracking number which is necessary for you to follow the processing of your order from your customer area.

Step 5: I consult the tracking of my order

At any time, you can check the progress of your order. To do this, you must log in to "My customer area" located at the top left of the site. You will find there:

  • The history of your orders as well as the progress of the current order with the possibility of printing your invoices.
  • Your current vouchers
  • Your password
  • Managing your subscriptions (newsletters, special offers, etc.)
  • Your contact details
  • Your product returns (after-sales service, return within 7 days, etc.)


In the "My orders" area, you can find the different statuses of your order such as:

New order : Your order has not been validated correctly by you, it is therefore not valid
Waiting for telephone confirmation: You must contact our customer service to confirm your order or arrange an appointment to come and collect your products from our collection point.
Awaiting receipt of check : We are waiting for your payment by check before sending your order
Awaiting receipt of transfer: We are waiting to receive your transfer before sending your order
Waiting for identity confirmation : In order to participate in the efforts to fight against fraudulent orders, in the case of an order paid for by credit card, check or transfer, 3.6.9 Univisual reserves the right to request, before dispatch of the order, a piece of identity and proof of address at the delivery address.
In the event of the customer's refusal to provide these supporting documents, the order may be canceled by 3.6.9 Univisual without notice.

Awaiting supplier receipt : One of the products you ordered is not in stock, we are waiting to be restocked before sending you your order.
Payment refused: A problem occurred when paying for your order. No other transaction request can be made, your order is then cancelled.
Parcel sent : An e-mail is sent to you when your parcel is handed over to the post office for dispatch. A tracking number is then communicated to you to follow the routing of this one.

Good to know: Tracking on the Coliposte or Chronopost site may show a delay of several hours compared to reality. We invite you to consult your parcel tracking a few hours after sending our message.

I want to track the delivery of my package:

1/ Directly on the Coliposte or Chronopost site
Go to the Coliposte or Chronopost site and enter your tracking number, indicated in the e-mail sent to you by 3.6.9 Univisual, in the appropriate box.


2/ Via my 3.6.9 Univisual customer area:

Click on the link in your e-mail sent to you by 3.6.9 Univisual after shipment.

This link takes you to your Univisual 3.6.9 customer account.

Once you have identified yourself with your password and your e-mail address, you must click on "my orders" to follow the delivery of your package.
