How to benefit from the tax refund?

For all residents abroad we practice the tax refund of 12% of the amount including tax of the order but only for withdrawals on the spot and on presentation of the passport.

To benefit from the reimbursement, you must return the slip to us once it has been notified by customs to the following address:

For professionals

Our online invoicing system, which has been developed for sales to individuals, does not currently allow you to invoice without VAT for sales within the European Union.
However, the VAT that your company pays by purchasing from 3.6.9 Univisual is then deductible from your VAT declaration.
