If you need to return a product purchased from 3.6.9 Univisual for repair or replacement, we have implemented a simple and effective procedure to facilitate this process, the procedure to follow is as follows:

  2. Specify the reason for your return
  3. Indicate your invoice number as well as the serial number of your device
